• Payment information. When you pay an invoice, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Website usage. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) and basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
• Design and build cabinetry for projects you have engaged us for.
• Process payments and keep accurate financial records.
• Comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

• Service providers who help us run the business — for example Stripe (payments), our email provider, and our accounting software — and only to the extent they need it to provide their service.

Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep the site functioning. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Most browsers let you refuse cookies; doing so will not break the site.

5. Data retention

We keep project records, contracts, and financial information for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and afterward as needed to comply with our legal, tax, and warranty obligations — typically seven years. Inquiry messages from people who do not become clients are kept for up to two years and then deleted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
